Returns
At JewelBuddy, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we regret that returns or exchanges cannot be processed. To initiate a return, kindly contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item should remain unused and in the condition it was delivered.
- Products must be sent back in their original packaging, along with any freebies or promotional items included in the order.
- Customers are responsible for arranging the return and covering the shipping costs associated with it.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable. Exchange requests must also be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date. You can exchange the item for the same product or any other item available in our store . You can exchange the items within 7 days or choose any other available item in the store.
Exchange Requirements:
- Items should comply with the same conditions mentioned in the return policy (unused, original packaging, etc.).
- The delivery time for exchanged items will vary based on your location.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated once we receive the returned item and it successfully passes our quality check. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Important Details:
- Any shipping charges or COD fees incurred during the order are non-refundable.
- Refunds are subject to the returned product meeting the required conditions during inspection.
Return Shipping Instructions
Customers are required to send the product back to our warehouse at their own expense. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Products that are improperly packed or show visible signs of tampering may be rejected.
Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges
- Any issues related to defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Along with your complaint, please share a clear unboxing video showing the product’s original condition, packaging, and labels.
- Requests without proper evidence, such as unboxing videos, may not be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges will only be processed for the entire order and not on an individual product basis.
- Missing items in return shipments will lead to an adjustment in the refund amount, including any promotional gifts or free items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Individual jewellery items within combo packs or gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
